Mitch is a passionate home cook who left his corporate day job to start a chopping board business, selling boards made using salvaged and recycled Aussie hardwoods. He learnt the craft of cooking from his dad - who taught Mitch his first recipe when he was 16 years old and wanted to impress a girl! He’s also inherited a love of seafood from his dad, and remembers his dad’s freshly caught and prepared seafood dishes as a kid. Cooking is a big part of Mitch’s week - he cooks nearly every day - and each Wednesday cooks a new recipe for his elderly neighbour.
