Vietnamese-born Loi started cooking with his mum as a child, before moving to Australia to study in his 20s and rebuilding his life. He’s passionate about the freshness of Vietnamese cuisine and proudly cooks with produce he grows in his own garden on the Gold Coast. A previous Vietnamese restaurant owner and manager, Loi aspires to make his mother proud with his cooking journey, and wants to share his lessons about resilience and positivity through his culture and food.
